Alright, since you've guys have listed all the CONs of having the Patriot Act II, what are some of the PROs ? I mean, the guys up in Congress must've passed it for a reason, right? I know it violates all these civil liberties, but what's the bigger picture? I'm just in some serious need of help for a debate I'm having in my government class. Any suggestions?

Looking for the PROs of the Patriot Act II is a good debate. Let's stick to that portion of the question and keep in mind we aren't here to do anyone's homework.

YEAAAAAAAAAA! But u can't have a one sided debate! I know all the CONs to it, but i don't have any idea of what the PROs are... GAAAh! Like the previous Patrioct Act II post, everybody agreed that the Patriot Act II was a bad thing, but nobody said any good about it... I dunno what to say...

I never said we are to have a one sided debate. I said we are not going to do your homework for you. If people want to debate the PROs of the Patriot Act II it is only logical that the CONS would get involved. Any further discussion of the moderation of this forum can be taken up in PM or in Comments and Suggestions.
QUESTION TO DEBATE: "Alright, since you've guys have listed all the CONs of having the Patriot Act II, what are some of the PROs ?"You may also want to check your keyboard. Appears your shift key is not working

Whoops, I got more to say. The Patriot Act II helps "protect" American citizens from future attacks by terrorists. A rebuttal for that would be: Although it's protecting people, it's taking and limiting away the liberties of the citizens, such as the 4th amendment ( or whatever). How would somebody counter that?
