The repeal of drug laws in Europe has
not, in fact, been a failure. This has come up in debate here before and sources have been provided debunking this common (among some) myth.
I couldn't find where this had been debated before. The topic is of tremendous interest to me, but I have done no research as yet.
So I was hoping I could entice campbejm and Wertz, and others, to go at it here...
Question: have drug law liberalisation efforts in other countries been successful, or have they been failures? Why?
