I returned. I learned much more.
Forget this "Engineer Kimov" you know about. I am new man. I have more knowledge and better intellect now.
I advanced my theories. Now, I have much more detailed understanding on what I am going to do.
By the way, here's fun-facts I learned: first video tape recorder, first cellular communication device and first computer for personal use were invented in USSR. But that doesn't matter.
The news is that all those "Brotherhood", "Technocratic Party" and other such projects failed.
And the news is that new party emerged on Russian scene - so-called "MILITARY-TECHNOCRATIC PARTY" (short name - "VoyenTekh", English version - "MilTech"). It includes my Technobolshevik movement, several Russian technocratic movements and several high-ranked military officers. We decided not to use term "Soviet Machine" (my version on how we will call Russia after coming to power) but replace it with "Russian Technate", at least until we take president's post.
They elected me as Supreme Chairman of "MilTech" and gived me mission to write program documents and design first version of official site. I did it.

As you can see, there is no "bad" words like "socialism", "communism" and "Marxism-Leninism". That is done to make our program more tolerant.
Soon we will write more detailed economic program of Russian Technate, based on precise calculations, as well as military doctrine, based on my synergetic theory of warfare.
I read all programs of our political rivals. I've seen all their debates on Russian TV. They are fools. We shall prevail.
We were not allowed to take part in elections to Duma (7th of December, 2003), but we will try to take part in President's elections of 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020. Well, not exactly so. When we will win, we will make sure there will be no second President elections.
Oh, yes, I also discussed with American and Canadian technocrats. We decided not to destroy United States, but to force USA to build their own Technate. Two Technates will rule the planet, in alliance with each other. But that is far future. Our current objective is to win 2004 or 2008 President elections.
After all, many years ago I promised my girlfriend tank parade on Mars on 1st of May, 2017. Maybe I will have chance to accomplish my goal.
