This is a remainder to everyone that Spell Check cane bee a very cunning adversary. Not every think you misspell is truly a misspelling.

This is a reminder to everyone that Spell Check can be a very cunning adversary. Not every thing you misspell is truly a misspelling.

Both of the above paragraphs are correct in terms of spelling. The second, however, is clearly the correct choice to express to others what I am trying to say. While I'm sure some members (such as myself) are too lazy to use the Spell Check either way, not all of those who do use it are entirely safe. So whether you use the Spell Check or not, I might suggest always taking an extra moment to read back through your post and really see if it says what you want it to say.

This will help to avoid crafty spelling errors and allow you a chance to correct any grammar or wording which might need tweeking.

Thanks for the words of advice, Abs. I'll incorporate some of this into the survival guide, and eventually move it into the Tutorials forum.

I have had to delete some posts and close this topic, though, because some members decided your post was a good opportunity to display their keen abilities to misspell words. To those members, keep in mind:

§A. Post Requirements
I. All posts must be constructive and on-topic. Off-topic or non-constructive content will be edited or removed.
