I want to know how people feel about the claim of racism frequently being used in court and other situations. It has been brought up in the Kobe Bryant's rape case, Michael Jackson's molestation case, and many more. If anyone would like further examples, I will be glad to provide some. I am beginning to feel that racism is being brought up in cases simply for the two sides not being the same race, even though there are no signs of it. Let me know if you feel the accusation is becoming too common and is turning into a trump card.

I think it is just an excuse to get powerful people like Jesse Jackson on their side to scare off both the accusers and others. Also, it is a terrible way to try to make yourself look better in the public's eyes.

It is a very sad thing
