Sometimes I find myself spending a little too much time here. Watch the news on TV "Hey I wonder what they think at AD"
Sometimes Newstories will make me think of certain AD members and I think
They are going APE over this or I already know what you know who is going to say.
Anyone else a little too attached to America's Debate?
A little too much time at work diverted in here?

Sorta. I'm a little too knew to AD to say "I wonder what they think about it," but my main forum I think that fairly often.
Other than the TV part; I don't really watch it more than once every few weeks.

Yup, I'm addicted for sure. I really should be working on coding for some of these personal projects (which I enjoy), but instead I'm here posting on AD

I have a competing addiction: Star Wars Galaxies. It usually wins.

Yes, I too, am probably addicted...
P.S. to Paladin Elspeth. How are things on the North side of this cubicle?

Things are good here. Yes, I too am an AD addict.
Sometimes I literally check in morning, noon and night. The threads get more interesting as the politics get more bizarre. This election year is going to be a humdinger.
(Whoops--my computer froze when I pushed submit and it looked like it hadn't posted, so I wrote another response, so I double-posted. Would somebody who has the capability please delete one of these posts? Thanks)

It's my lunchtime addiction. They just wouldn't be same without it!

I need AD rehab!
Sometimes my partner gets pretty perturbed at me for the amount of attention this site gets...

I'm an addict too.
Sometimes I get off the computer and go pick a fight with my roommate...."Can you believe that they think <insert debate here>??!!"
Knowing I love to debate, he always plays the devils advocate. He always sides with my mortal enemies just to get me fired up.
But this isn't half as bad as how I used to be a the ChristiansUnited forum. I had to quit that cold turkey because it was raising my blood pressure. It's been 5 months since I left and I haven't gone back once, not even to check my PMs. I'm pretty proud. AD is a much more healthy (and American) way for me to get my debate fix.
The people here are much more intelligent, nicer, and more diverse than other boards I've been on.

Sorry y'all. I'm still in denial. Though I will say this, when I was in a car accident last year and forced to stay home from work, I think I started going through withdrawl.

Addicted? Me? Of course not! Umm, I can, uh, you know, quit whenever I want! Yeah, that's the ticket, I can quit whenever I want. I just don't want too.
Aww, heck, count me among those needing a 12 step program for this site!
