Probably not quite what you were after, but I'll christen your thread anyway...

First off, I am a member of the British Labour Party (the one Tony Blair leads).

How happy are you with your party of choice?
Reasonably. Their fetish for headline grabbing obscures much good that they have done for social justice and public services, while keeping the economy in a good place for business, which no government in living memory has managed to do - it has always been an either/or choice in the past.

What would you change?
Tony Blair's infatuation with the opinions of the readership of the Daily Mail and George W Bush, and his aversion to using the S-word - socialism. In fact, I don't think he's going to change his views, so I think I'd settle for just changing him for another leader, most likely Gordon Brown. Rather than leave the Labour Party in disgust at his government's actions (as others have), I would rather see HIM ejected from OUR party.

Would you consider changing to another party? If so who and why?
As things stand at the moment, no I would not. If the Liberal Democrats continue on their current trajectory and become the official opposition, requiring them to be rather more specific about what they would do differently across the gamut of government responsibility, I might consider votign for them instead, although I would never see myself joining another party. I cannot foresee any circumstances short of lobotomy under which I would ever vote Conservative.
