This program has caught my attention, probably because Im not a very 'A' type and Im interested in how this high level, go for the throat stuff works.

So far the mens team has lost 3 times. Trump said in jest that he may never hire another man again.

I am wondering what you think about the 2 teams strategies, and why you think the women are being so successful over the men?

Ive noticed that the women seem to have won the first time because sex sells, people bought more lemonade from them, but the men made a serious mistake in choice of location; the second time from a very suggestive ad campaign, clean and spiffy, which rightly beat them on idea, but what I got most interested in was the strategy the third time around:

Both teams had one person who was very conflictive to their group. The men, who badly needed a win chose to make this conflictive person project leader in order to get rid of him, thinking, IF we lose he'll be fired, but in the end this meant they all lost one more round. I think they lost sight of the prize in order to remove someone they didnt like.
The women considered taking the loss in the same way, but chose not go this route. They continued to work together and actually brought out the better qualities in the person causing the problems, incorporating her better within the team.

I am not taking pot shots here for a female cause, I am interested in strategy.

Of the two strategies, do you think the men made a mistake? Or did they do something positive, sort of like, now we can get on with it, maybe for a later win, the conflict being taken care of, the distraction removed ? Of course they are now down to 5 compared to 8. The T & Co. was hoping the men would do better without this problem.

As a viewer, hindsight as it were, I would have chosen a winning project manager in that round, tried to win, so as to even the playing ground a bit, then deal with the problem person later.
Were the men not forward thinking enough? Or was this a quik fix in your opinion.

Secondly: Are the women using sex appeal too much for it to be a fair game, or is it fair in our society? The object is to win, and take no prisoners, although:

The next show I believe the women get another win, but get admonished by Trump and Co. for using sex way too much, telling them, this aint gonna fly or get you the job in the end.

I swore to never watch any of those silly reality shows but this one has caught my attention.
Sam while destructive was more of a scapegoat than anything else. I was glad to see him go but the men really made horrible choices. I get the feeling in the next show their decision<which seems to focus around fraud> is going to end their chances. I think the women will win hands down. My only question is would they still air the show if it goes down that easy?
I haven't really been impressed by the women. They seem to win only because the men are so very inept. Although they have been much better at conflict resolution. They have won because they have not made the errors in logic. They did what was necessary to win and didn't forget important things. Like what does the customer want from you. Plus They had much better bargaining skills than the men who just sucked.

How did they ever pick Sam. I'd have locked him in a closet until it was all over.
I think Trump should have fired Sam earlier but kept him on for ratings. I would have fired him fast for sleeping.
Personally i think the men are being WAY to democratic. I would want to win and would step on the weaker ones in the group. I would have isolated Sam or given him a mountain of useless BUT very time consuming assignments. Never get rid of the weasels too quick. Their talent at getting their *** NOTICE: THIS WORD IS AGAINST THE RULES. FAILURE TO REMOVE IT WILL RESULT IN A STRIKE. *** out of the sling can be usefull. Just keep them on a short leash. They should have focused on the task at hand. They have made horrible choices and have gotten what they deserve.

Women should use sex appeal. I would if I could. Far too many men fall for it. No sympathy. Think with the small mind and you get what you deserve. All is fair in war and money.
