Is the CEOFAR morally correct in bringing the suit?
Morally correct in the context of the Catholic church? My God, how immoral do you want? 
I always have to have a belly laugh when ANY church official starts spouting about morallity, considering thier total lack of same-
but yes, Belgium is absolutely right in curbing this kind of behavior in context of IT'S soveriegnty, constitution and laws- lot's of European countries passed similar laws in the context of combating fascism after WW2, so, for thier culture, no problem.
