I do not believe that the homosexual community have a place in the United States. It is not a natural state of being.

EDIT: Please see below for support of the above statement.

David, you state that the homosexual community has no place in the United States. It is not a natural state of being? I think if you are going to make a statement like that you better explain why? Is is because you don't like that way of life? Well maybe homosexuals think your state of being is not acceptable. I find your statement offending. Unless you can come up with a reason for your post I think you need to reframe from making such offensive statements. mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

When I say that it is not a natural state of being I mean that it is not normal for a human to desire to be a partner of someone of the same gender. It also says int the Bible that it is an abomination. But im sure you as most Americans do not believe the Bible or follow its commands. Quite frankly on issues that are an abomination I really do not care if I offend anyone. And I do not believe that most Americans would find my statement offensive. Most people view homosexuality as plain disgusting. It is natural for a person to love someone of the opposite gender. Homosexuals choose their disgraceful lifestyle it is not a gene that they are born with as some would like to claim. It shows man's sinful ways. I do not condemn the people, I reach out to them as a person in love. However, I do condemn their wicked lifestyle. i have several friends who are homosexuals and they know where I stand on the issue. So I am not attacking the people, just their lifestyle.

I want to know where you come off speaking how most Americans think about Homosexuals. Are you a Doctor? Where did you get your info that it is not a gene? How you may feel is NOT what most americans think about homosexuality? You claim you have many have several homosexuals that are your friends? I think if I was homosexual I sure as Hell wouldn't want someone like you to be a friend or even an aquaintance. mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

What is normal to one person may not be normal to another person. If you want to talk about the Bible, I'm sure there is a passage about not being judgemental.

I find your statement offensive, and just plain disgusting.

Homosexuals are people too. I don't think you see this. Just because you do not agree with their lifestyles that doesn't give you any reason to say that it is disgraceful. I do agree with when you say these people are not born this way. They chose to live their lives they way they want to, or saw fit. I will say this though, i don't feel comfortable around gays, but i don't feel that they need to shunned because of their lifestyle. I think that it is kind of lame how the basis of you argument comes out of the Bible. The so called "rules" of life that you find in the Bible have been broken by people since it was written.

Homosexuality defies all that is natural. No animals perform any such acts as homosexuality out of a instinctual knowledge that it will not produce offspring and is, thus, pointless. Then comes the human race, which is sinful in its very existence, unlike other species. Personally, being a Christian and believing fully in the aforementioned statement about humans being sinful by nature, I am not surprised that homosexuality is practiced and even promoted, which it is in the United States by certain states allowing homosexual marriages. Also, by my beliefs, I find this whole thing about everyone being a person and thus worthy of equal respect to be crap. Firstly, it is not I who is being judgemental, it is God Himself. In the Bible, it states "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination..." (Leviticus 20:13a). So, forgive me, but I am not the one being judgemental. There is no denying that there is a "normal" that can be attributed to sexuality; one that cannot be attributed to race or gender because of their uncontrollable nature. Sexual preference is another matter completely, and homosexuality is NOT the norm, for any species! I just don't want my kids to be exposed to this trash when I have them, and to think that there are kids out there that are exposed to it makes me ill wacko.gif .

Lev. wants us all to look like Osama bin Laden or Billy Gibons (ZZ Top). This god must be crazy. Who on this thread follows all those rules? I'm just curious and would like to see a picture.

As far as the gay community in the US, it's a moot issue to me. It exists. It has always existed. You don't need to care, but I bet Jesus cares.

Thanks for bringing that up.

It also talks about sexual devience, homosexuality (depends on your translation), sexual promiscuity, and right from wrong.
