althought i am a rebulican i think he will run. Becasue in the last election he almost won... May i point you to this image.

So in my personal opinion i think gore will be able to run in the 2004 for the democratic people... but if you look at this next image you can see what states support what type of president. For example. My state suppports republican ( ohio )

I think he will run also. I am not sure if he will win though. People are really starting to like Bush.
