President George W. Bush’s Leadership Performance Review - 4/13/04

#1 Presidential Obligation to Protect America

Pre-9/11 – Did not appear to provide a leadership role model for his White House that would have gotten their full attention to prevent the Al Qaeda holocaust on American soil

Post-9/11 – Did nothing to those in his administration’s cabinet and bureaucracy responsible for CIA, FBI, National Security cultures that aided and abetted the 9/11 holocaust

Iraq - Rushed into another American by sending sons and daughters of Viet Nam era parents to fight another Viet Nam type war based on political agenda

Osama and Al Qaeda – Did not destroy Al Qaeda FIRST after 9/11 as his highest obligation to Protecting America from further Terrorism, and he made this obligation even harder to achieve by attacking Iraq using up precious resources needed to destroy Al Qaeda

“Leave No Child Behind” Paramount Election 2000 Campaign Promise

Children’s Education, safety and health – Decimated funding for children by transfer payments to met obligations for tax benefits to Key 2000 Pioneer and 2004 Ranger Election contributors

International Relations

Failed to demand that King Saud and Pakistan destroy Al Qaeda in their countries both before and after 9/11, in spite of fact that we now know that King Saud is personally responsible for supporting the birth and growth of Al Qaeda terrorism, and he has ignored American National Security investigations many times since 9/11

Failed to provide international leadership before rushing to war in Iraq, causing out-of-control military personnel losses because he refused to wait until he proved to the rest of the world that our cause is just, so most of the world refused to join a coalition that should have at least included Arab states such as Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and the entire NATO Alliance that all had vested interests in ending the tyranny of Saddam

Military

Rushed to war before he knew the enemy, the history and cultural values of the people of Iraq, resulting in out of control violence, with unnecessary American deaths and severe injury due to failures to plan for War and Peace in Iraq

Rushed into war before giving all military men and women the best body and vehicle protection available, resulting in unnecessary deaths and severe injury

Orders others to war without any choice, even though he exercised the choice given to him to refuse to protect America from Communism for six years while he was in the Texas National Guard during the Viet Nam War, providing a very poor role model in his capacity of Commander In Chief of the Armed Forces today

Economy

Accelerated job losses throughout America with policies that encourage manufacturing and jobs to be exported to China and India slave wage countries that America cannot possibly compete with

Created Major Stock Market declines due to Wall Street’s continued lack of confidence in his administration, plus out of control trade deficits, runaway devaluation of the American Dollar, and other major systemic problems that are undermining the American economy very dangerously

Cost of living increases are out of control due to price escalating inflations for basic family needs like water, milk, gasoline, energy, etc. further deflating the value of personal family income and purchasing power

Politics

Exploits and expands domination by Republican Autocracy that promotes continued “Business as Usual” cultural values in his administration and in congress, which severely aggravate divisiveness and negate second party Democracy participation in Washington DC

We must Democratize the Middle East by setting a Worldwide Role Model example of Responsible American Democracy

God Bless Our American Military Men and Women Protecting America in the Middle East in the meantime
