Their are still countrys that support terrorism, and from what i heard in other posts slavery (post: Should america pay reperations") Do you think america should expand its principles or allow nations to be to themselves?

I think that America needs to be guided by a moral standard in regards to its foreign policy. I don't have a preference for whether it ought to be very involved or not all involved in other counties - but I would really like to see it
1. motivated by ethics and
2. consistent in its actions.

This question presupposes that America has "principles" and that it follows these "principles." Thus, since no evidence has presented that there are any such "principles" this is a Non Sequitur.

We should have listened to Washington (actually listened is the wrong world since Washington's Farewell Address was never delivered) in his Farewell Address and avoided foreign alliances. We should have listened to Ike's warnings concerning the dangers of the military-industrial machine. Our greatest threat today is due to our alliance with a Zionist state , despite our nation's historical abhorrance to the combination of state and religion. We should spread our principles and values through the mechanization of free trade. I do not see why we should expend our resources on anything besides protecting our borders. During the cold war there could have been some justification, not today.
