For the past days now many of us have seen the POW photos of prisoners in Iraq, for many of us its sickening, for others not so sickening. Fingers are being pointed, like always, names are boiling out of the mess, peoples jobs are in jeprody and the hearts of Americans are wrenched with disgust. It is now quite for seeable that those who "tortured" these war prisoners are going straight to a place like that in which they commmited the crime, one might say though its unfortunate they will never recieve a bit of their own medicine. But for me the most sickening part is how the mistreatment of prisoners of war can bring such a disgust among a nation of people who are so disrepectfull that its embarrising. A nation that pries into the private lives of its leaders like its any of their buisness, a nation that is so far past blind from its original founders and set of standards and moral values it was based on that it literally makes me want to vomit. This country was founded because our forefathers could not worship the religon in which they wished. And today people are being fired for expressing that religon at their jobs. But back to the prisoners before this gets to off topic. Those pictures without a doubt bring about a bit of disgust. But our media only shows half the story. Those people who were tortured where criminals! I don't even want to hear crap about how approxamatley 70% of them were innocent because its not true, our government doesn't spend that much money so that the greatest super power on Earth can do its job inncorrectly. Unfortunatley what our poor excuse for news media does is show only half of the story. They flood us with pictures of mistreated prisoners, and force opinons down our throats. The people in that prison are bad people, the want to kill and have killed Americans. They hate us and we should hate them. The people in that prison are just like those people like those who malaciously defiled a mans life, by video taping and publically broadcasting the execution of an innocent man, who was their only to help them. Maybe if Americans where shown the video of an innocent man having his head vicously sawed off on television our opinions would be different. Maybe if our media showed pictured of American soldiers disfigured, missing arms and legs from combat as much as they do show anti-sentimism photos that only support our oppostition Americas opinions would be different. If those soldiers did that to a innocent person it would be terrifying, and wrong, but the people they did it to are lower than the poorest scum you could find living in this country, those prisoners want to kill us, they hate us and most likley always will, I don't know how others feel, but I would rather stand naked, or form a pyramid than have my head slowly cut off. Those prisoners are disgusting excuses for human beings, and they should be treated that way. If someone can say that its not wrong for a parent to spank their child for mouting off or not minding than why would what our American Forces have been doing by "mistreating" anti Americans who wish to wipe us off the face of the Earth not be comparable? It brings such a bitter taste to my mouth I can't even describe it.
