My question for debate is, should dueling amongst consenting adults be legal?

I don't believe the government has any right telling consenting adults that they shouldn't duel each other even if it's to the death. And I don't believe it should be considered murder/manslaughter if someone is killed in a duel as long as the people killed in a duel consented to the duel.
