Private make it diffuclult for members in the politcs debate " for __party__ from__party__" so privates cant really discuss anything in there because it is diffucult to tell if they are ®(D)(I)...

I think Juber means that if participants don't specifiy their party affilitation in their profile, it's difficult to tell whether they should be posting to the "Party specific" forums or not. I'd recommend that if a poster doesn't wish to display their affiliation (or, if they don't have one), they should refrain from posting to those forums. Or, as I've done once or twice, offer a glib disclaimer and post there anyway.

I don't know about encouraging people to post in forums where they are not supposed to post. dry.gif

But, I do think only people who declare their party should be able to post there.

I'll look into the possibility of blocking posting priveliges in those specific forums based on the party afiliation, but I don't know if it is possible.

I'll research it.
