The prosecution is filing to drop the charges. I predicted this as soon as I heard they found other DNA on her panties.

When it is a "He Said vs. She Said" on such a serious charge I believe both persons involved should have their pasts examined. But the DNA business was just too over the top.

I agree the case was over when they allowed the DNA. I think the Judge was right to include the DNA, because in this case the DNA shows she had sex with another person. When she had sex is truly unknown. Both side would have presented expert testimony. I think it came down to the fact that this small city in Colorado can not afford to fight Kobe's high price attorney.
But because he had an affair on his wife, man, ...let's just say it makes me mad.
