Tom Ridge is out there waving his "number 3" flag. Do those actually mean anything?

Are they getting any media coverage? It seems I only see it about once a day, and I watch the news all day, every day.

I'll have to do a poll once we have more users to see who knows what the different alert levels mean!

I know I don't know. And I'm a news junkie.

The "war on terrorism" is a fraud. It is a scheme to destroy the constitution and to propel the USA into an Orwellian nightmare. People who value their freedom and cherish their rights should do all in their power to oppose the Unelected Idiot and his minions and fight to remove him and to restore the constitution.

Second- Jerry, I hope you enjoy your freedom of speech here in this "Orwellian nightmare" that you seem to think America is turning into. I agree that we're being irrational when it comes to "national security" but it is obvious the American people as whole do not see it that way or we'd be up in arms, wouldn't we? Like McCarthyism, I think this is just a frenzy and we'll get through it.

Yeah, I can picture it now. Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld meeting late at night to find a way to destroy the Constitution. Why would anyone do such a thing?
