Over the last 18 months it has become painfully clear that Iraq had no weapons of Mass destruction. More importantly, it has become clear that WMD were probably not the reason that Iraq was invaded. How then do we jive that the fact that WMD was used to rally the public into supporting the war. It's pretty clear that the administration was saying one thing and thinking another.

Now, ignoring questions of whether or not the invasion was the right thing to do (even I, a pinko commie from Soviet-Canuckistan isn't entirely on one side of the fence), I want you to answer me this:

How do you feel about the administration LYING to the public at large about the invasion?

Do you think that the government is justified in misleading the public to facilitate policy which it feels is right?
