The Smoking gun website posted a copy of complaint filed against popular FoxNews personality Bill O'Reilly.

Do you think that the lawsuit is baseless and politically motivated?

IMO, if this is true, I am a little surprised that she did not complain to her superiors about those incidents. At the same time I understand that Bill O'Reilly is a half-God at Fox and any complaint against him would probably be viewed with some prejudice. Also I give her credit for filing her complaint promptly (unlike some of Bill Clinton's accusers who waited for years before realizing that they were harassed).
If this woman has tapes (which is quite possible given the amount of lengthy quotations provided in the complaint), than I guess the case is a slam dunk. Otherwise it will be hard to prove.
