The CIA and FBI have authenticated the tape to be from al Qaeda, and ready to debate:
They have?
CIA can't authenticate terror tape.

After a technical analysis, the CIA cannot determine whether a videotape obtained by ABC News in Pakistan featuring a man claiming to be affiliated with al Qaeda is authentic, a U.S. intelligence official said Thursday.
"We have been unable to verify the tape's authenticity," the official said.
Portions of the 75-minute tape were aired Thursday evening by ABC News, which said it obtained the tape from a source known to have Taliban and al Qaeda contacts in the tribal regions of Pakistan.
ABC said it paid the source $500 in transportation fees.
A U.S. official said there were "real questions about its authenticity."
Sounds like there are some serious questions about this video in the first place and it looks like the CIA is considering it a hoax right now. If you actually watch the video, the guy doesn't even sound authentic.
1. Did ABC News do the right thing by not releasing the last 15 minutes of the tape? They shouldn't have even aired it, this was a drudge scoop originally and it wasn't even confirmed.
3. Will this change the outcome of the election?Nope, because it is likely bogus, and it is too little too late. The story doesn't have legs and the final days of the election will be dominated with two topics:
1. The HMX/RDX Scandal at Al Qaqaa
2. The fact that Haliburton is officially being investigated by the FBI for no bid contracts, over charging for fuel, etc.
