I got involved with a forum for international educators in the web a JFK debate and it hasn't stopped. The driving force behind the highly detailed debate is the creator of a history web site called Spartacus.
I had a conversation with this person about the assassination and I admitted to him that I wasn't that interested in the conspiracy theories of JFK as an educator because I have never found any strong historical significance in the assassination that can be connected to any of the conspiracies. I'm not sure he as forgiven me since making the comment.
However, I did get a wonderful day out of using his JFK assassination for a Webquest for my students. They really enjoyed looking at the different theories on the assassination and providing the evidence or supposed evidence involved in each case.
The forum and the web page are treasure troves of information about the conspiracy theories.

Spartacus Scrolling down to Primary Sources: Theories is at the very least an interesting read.
My question for debate is:
What is the most convincing theory about JFK's assassination, and in the light of the theory, how should JFK's assassination be presented in a high school text book?
Naysayers should feel free to point out the flaws or shortcomings of the presented theories and points of historical significance.
