Last year, GreenHouse Emmisions were DOWN 1.4%

All because of the crappy economy

Actually the economy isn't THAT bad as some would want you to believe. 6% unemployment is 1.5% unemployed. 4.5% are always unemployed becausethey are considered in-between jobs.
